Naloxone Education Initiatives

Opioid overdose is now the third leading cause of death among children. Los Angeles County is an opioid overdose hotspot, with the 2nd highest overdose rates across the United States. Narcan (Naloxone), a rapid opioid reversal agent, has been available overthe counter since 2023. The HOPE Lab is passionate about leading Narcan education and training for adolescents in the local Los Angeles community.
